Every bar, heard.

A piano practice coach that listens as you play. Coming to iPhone and iPad.

Bar 24, left hand. You played D where the score has C‑sharp.

How it works

  1. Play.

Put the music on the stand and play it the way you would for your teacher. Nothing to press.

  2. It listens.

It follows along in your score, bar by bar.

  3. It marks the bar.

On your page, right where you’d pencil it in.

  4. It tells you.

Three slips, two that matter: bar 24, left hand, and 29 to 31 rushing. Try 29 to 31 slower.

  1. Bar 24, left hand, beat 4.

You played D. The score has C‑sharp.

  2. Bars 29 to 31.

You sped up a little each bar. Loop them slower, with the metronome on the page.

iPad on the stand. iPhone in your hand.

The same coach on both.

Pianist AI on iPad Pro: the Ballade with bar 24 shaded, the coach’s line of light and its reply, and the bars it found.
Pianist AI on iPhone 18 Pro: the coach’s reply and the bars it found, each with its picture from the score.

Talk to it. Or just play.

It answers out loud in a sentence or two, and stops as soon as you speak or play.

Do you want to start from the coda or from the top?

Interrupt it any time

Watch a bar get better.

Every take is kept. In this example, the C‑sharp slipped in three takes of four on Monday. By Friday, in none.

  1. Monday: 3 of 4 takes had the slip.
  2. Tuesday: 2 of 4 takes had the slip.
  3. Wednesday: 1 of 4 takes had the slip.
  4. Thursday: 1 of 5 takes had the slip.
  5. Friday: all 5 takes clean.

One page for your lesson.

What got better, what’s still open and your questions. Share it with your teacher.
